Cashew Cheese with Ciao Bella

A creamy dip or spread that is so delicious! The Ciao Bella blend brings subtle notes of garlic, herbs, and chilli — perfectly balanced for a nourishing, flavourful twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1 tbsp Ciao Bella spice blend
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Pinch of sea salt

Method

  1. Boil the cashews: Add cashews to a small pot of water and boil for 5 minutes, until slightly softened. Drain run under cold water.
  2. Blend: Combine boiled cashews, Ciao Bella spice blend, lemon juice, and salt in a high-speed blender or food processor.
  3. Adjust: Blend until smooth and creamy, adding a splash of water if needed for texture.
  4. Store: Keep in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
