One pot Ciao Bella Pasta

Ciao Bella One-Pot PastaThe yummiest, simplest pasta that tastes incredible.
Done in one pot, ready in15 minutes, made with creamy goat’s cheese and bone broth for extra depth and nourishment.

Ingredients

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 2 serves of pasta of your choice
    (pappardelle or fettuccine work beautifully)
  • A handful of cherry tomatoes
  • A handful of fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 75 g goat’s cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Ciao Bella
  • A good drizzle of olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 cups bone broth or stock
  • Parmesan, to finish

Method

  1. Add all ingredients except the parmesan to a large pot or pan.
  2. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce to a simmer, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is just cooked and the sauce is thick and creamy (about 12–15 minutes).
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  4. Serve straight from the pot and finish with freshly grated parmesan.
